Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition or if the wrong item has been delivered. If you face any such issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Kindly provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if possible. Once we verify the problem, we will either issue a refund or arrange a replacement based on your preference.

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment. It may take between 7 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Non-Refundable Conditions

We do not offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction, unless the product is faulty or incorrect. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before making a purchase.
